Winston-Salem offers many great resources for bike riders!  From Bicycle Safety Town to Bicycle Lanes in town, the Twin City makes it easier for it's residents to stay safe in the streets.

Free ClipartFor the pre-schooler just learning the basic of bike riding, bring your child to Kimberly Park Bicycle Safety Town.  Installed this summer in underutilized tennis courts, this course is a miniature road system designed to be a safe place for your child to practice skills and learn the basics of bicycling and pedestrian safety.  The Safety Town is open during regular park hours.

Did you know Winston-Salem has a  Comprehensive Bicycle Master Plan?  With long-range growth management in mind, this plan improves the safety, efficiency and convenience of bicycling throughout Winston-Salem and the surrounding area.  Winston-Salem currently has 10 bike routes in place.  Download all of the bike routes here.
