7-Eleven Re-entering Forsyth County Market

After more than twenty years out of this market, 7-eleven is returning the Triad!  The company recently acquired 13 Fast Track stores and will begin rebranding them in December.   Although 7-eleven is the world's largest convenience store, it's roots stay local because most of their stores are franchised.  Of it's 6,925 stores, nearly 5,100 are franchised.

Best known for it's Big Gulp, Slurpee, coffees, 7-eleven stores carry about 2,500 products carefully selected  to meet the needs and preferences of it's local customers.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports that the four stores in Forsyth County will be in Clemmons, Winston-Salem, Kernersville and Lewisville.  The Business Journal reports that 7-eleven is confirming that it has also purchased Fast Track stores in Elkin, King, Lexington and Thomasville.

Will there be a 7-eleven near you?
