Greensboro-- Fitness by the Fountain in Center City Park 100 North Elm Street from 6:30pm-7:30pm.  This is a free event for the family, with no prior experience necessary!  Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.  This event runs every Monday through October, and this week's class will be African Dance w/ Wesley Williams.
