Winston-Salem-- Apple Fest 2010 at Historic Bethabara 10:30am-4:30pm. Unique crafts, traditional music and food fill Historic Bethabara Park. Local orchards, handicraft demonstrations, and colonial re-enactors highlight this festival, as do horse-drawn wagon rides and colonial games. See here for a full list of events and vendors.
Kernersville-- The Annual Honeybee Festival is held at Fourth of July Park on West Mountain Street from 10:00am-6:00pm. Local arts & crafts, entertainment, and food.
Winston-Salem-- Rock the Block with Chris Paul is held in Downtown Winston-Salem from 11:00am-11:00pm. This is an end-of-summer street party with four stages of live music.
Jamestown-- Day in the Park at City Lake Park, 11:00am-5:00pm. This is a free event with fun-filled, family-oriented entertainment, crafts, food and much more! There will be two stages of live music, a Children's Adventure Island with inflatables, putt-putt and more. All-day ride tickets are only $6.00!
Burlington-- 100th Year Celebration Dentzel Carousel Festival - Sat, Sept 18 – Sun, Sept 19
Burlington City Park. There will be a childrens area, Artists Alley, rides, and local music and entertainment!
