| Serena says, "Checked out The Fit Station in Winston-Salem today and it is a "Like" for me! Pre-packaged, refrigerated (NOT frozen), affordable items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meats are organic and the veggies are local. They make the dishes in Greensboro daily. Got the sesame shrimp and it was yummy! Can't wait to have the pumpkin pancakes tomorrow morning! Oh and they open at 7:00 a.m., so I can go there on my way to work (don't have to stop working except to heat it up:)" |
