FREE WS: Art Show & Sale to benefit Meals-on-Wheels
BRINGING ARTISTS TOGETHER TO FEED THOSE IN NEED Top-flight local artists present and sell their work for Meals-on-Wheels. One day only: Saturday, March 2, 10 A.M.-5 P.M. at the Senior Services Center (just behind the fairgrounds). Exciting variety of art by local well-known and collectible artists will be on display for viewing and for purchase. Proceeds will provide food for elderly homebound seniors. Open to the public. FREE ADMISSION.

FREE Gboro: First Friday: Musical Performance by The Hushpuppies
The Hushpuppies are an outstanding revival old-time band and will play a musical in The Gallery at Green Hill Center on First Friday. The Hushpuppies performance will start at 7:30pm. The event is free and open to the public. Cash Bar.

FREE CARY: Cary Kite Festival 
(Outside the Piedmont Triad) For kids of all ages, Bond Park’s Annual Kite Festival is a fun way to spend the afternoon flying your kite. We will have an expert kite flyer on hand for stunt kite demonstrations. Certificates and special awards will be awarded in a variety of kite flying categories.
